Ok, so this is probably a stupid question but I have started my barefoot transition and am now into week 3 of running barefoot. I am up to 1.3 miles as of today. Lately, I've been running in the injinji toe socks instead of completely barefoot because I have been running on pavement and noticed that this has been helpful in not causing any what I'll just call 'scuffs' on my feet or toes. Is this bad? Should I be completely barefoot or are there other folks out here that run in socks? I have liked this better than completely barefoot and I can see that my pads are starting to get 'squishy'....which is awesome btw but, was wondering if I should be even taking the socks off? The socks don't really provide any kind of support just mostly a little bit of protection to my feet. Any info. you can provide is appreciated!
